Depending on how you use KaamMilega, we may collect information such as your mobile number used for account verification, name, city, skills, job details, employer or contractor information, contact details supplied in job postings, profile photos, and information you voluntarily submit through support or hiring forms.
We may use information to create and manage accounts, display relevant job listings and profiles, connect employers and workers, provide customer support, process paid featured-job requests, prevent abuse, maintain platform security, and improve the service.
KaamMilega uses mobile verification and account-access controls. Users should never share an OTP, password, access token, or payment credentials with another person.
Information intentionally submitted for a public job listing or public profile, such as a name, city, skills, job title or job description, may be visible to other users where required for the platform's hiring features. Do not publish sensitive personal information in a public job description.
Paid featured-job services may use PayU or another configured payment provider. Payment credentials should be entered only on the payment provider's secure checkout page. KaamMilega does not ask users to send card PINs, OTPs or payment passwords through WhatsApp or support chat.
KaamMilega may display advertising through Google advertising services, including Google AdMob in the mobile application. Advertising providers may use information permitted by their policies to provide, measure and personalize advertising. Users can review Google's applicable privacy and advertising controls for more information.
KaamMilega may rely on third-party services for authentication, database hosting, storage, payments, messaging and advertising. These providers process information according to their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Information may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and keep appropriate business records. KaamMilega is intended for users who can legally use employment and hiring services. We do not knowingly request personal information from children for employment purposes.
